Adding Your Property To Findam
Please have these items available:
- Full address of property (ex: No. 10 Mohammed Buhari Street, Area 3 Garki, Abuja)
If the property is located in an estate, then provide the address as follows: (Goodluck Jonathan Estate, No. 5 Bola Tinubu Crescent, House 19, Lekki, Lagos)
- If you don’t have a map app, please download a map app (Google Maps, for example). When you are at the property, open the map app & zoom all the way in on your blue dot, then press & hold the dot until a new menu pops up that reads “Dropped pin”. Look for the “Share” button and click on it, then click “copy”. Send that link to us. We will need it to map your property.
- Cost of property, size of property, details of property (#BD/BR, etc.), & copy of property documents.
Preparing to Take Photos & Shoot Videos For Findam
Follow these tips to take the best possible shots to meet your client’s needs and sell faster!
- (For those not using professional equipment) Use a smartphone that can take sharp, high quality photos & videos.
- Plan at least a few hours to a day ahead.
- When you get to the location, clean, organize, and arrange the environment as much as possible.
